Building Repair (Plans)

( 2096 Delaware&nbsp; AKA&nbsp; 2100-2096 Delaware Phase -1 Install ) This phase involves drilling ( 12&nbsp; ) geothermal wells and routing the bore field piping to a newly installed interior flow center. The project also includes installing a ground source heat pump, domestic hot water tanks, dedicated electrical panels for the geothermal equipment, and all required disconnects. To facilitate this installation, an existing basement window will be removed and a new bulkhead door will be added to provide exterior access to the basement. While all new geothermal equipment—including the flow center, heat pumps, and tanks—will be fully tested to ensure proper operation, it will remain offline until Phase 2 commences.
