( 2096 Delaware&nbsp; AKA&nbsp; 2100-2096 Delaware Phase -1 Install ) This phase involves drilling ( 12&nbsp; ) geothermal wells and routing the bore field piping to a newly installed interior flow center. The project also includes installing a ground source heat pump, domestic hot water tanks, dedicated electrical panels for the geothermal equipment, and all required disconnects. To facilitate this installation, an existing basement window will be removed and a new bulkhead door will be added to provide exterior access to the basement. While all new geothermal equipment—including the flow center, heat pumps, and tanks—will be fully tested to ensure proper operation, it will remain offline until Phase 2 commences. In the interim, the existing hot water and HVAC boiler systems will remain fully operational.&nbsp; *** Digeplan ***&nbsp; *** Attached Asbestos Survey ***&nbsp;<div><br></div><div><div>*** All separate required mechanical , electrical and plumbing permits must be applied for as needed per permit. ***&nbsp;&nbsp;</div><div>*** A separate DPW permit is required for any obstruction / work to be done on the City of Buffalo right-of-way. ***&nbsp; &nbsp;</div></div><div>*** The contractor is responsible to provide the building inspector with an asbestos clearance letter prior to final inspection for all suspect / identified ACM to be removed by a licensed NYSDOL asbestos contractor within the scope of the project. ***&nbsp;</div>
