•(Property Protection) Securely cover the perimeter of the property with tarps, relocate all fragile items, and protect surrounding plants and trees •(Tear-Off) Remove existing shingles, felt underlayment, drip edges, pipe boot flashings, and ridge vents. Step flashing is only removed if specified •(Plywood inspection) Inspect plywood to ensure there is no rotten or loose sheets. Take pictures to send to the homeowners and for warranty registration. •(Ice Shield Installation) Install two rows (6 feet) of premium self-sealing ice shield, (6 feet) is installed on the perimeter of the house on all eaves of with one row positioned in the valleys and another along roof-to-wall areas. •(Synthetic Underlayment) Following the installation of the ice shield, apply synthetic underlayment to waterproof the roof while allowing it to breathe. •(Flashing Replacement) Replace flashing components, including pipe boot flashings, vent boot flashings, and drip/rake edges. Step flashings are not included. •(Shingle Installation) Install Lifetime Owens Corning Duration™ shingles featuring SureNail™ technology, which includes a 130 mph wind warranty, and StreakGuard™ algae protection that uses copper integrated in the shingle that prevents moss growth and discoloration/staining •(Ventilation) Install HighFlow premium ridge vents and box vents as required. A Duration cap will be placed over the ridge vent for additional protection. •(Clean-Up) Conduct a thorough clean-up of all debris, including a meticulous search of the property with a magnet to ensure no nails are left behind.
