Building Repair

- Perform a complete tear-off of the existing roof for the entire house. - Install Atlas Pinnacle shingles, which come with a lifetime warranty, an unlimited wind warranty, and a 25-year algae warranty. - Replace all existing OSB decking in areas where cedar shakes are currently installed. -OSB nailed every 4" using 8d ring shank nails; re-nail existing sheathing every 6' (pictures will be provided) - Apply ice shield to entire roof, overlapped by a minimum of 6", ensuring coverage around protrusions and within valleys. (picture of entire roof with ice shield will be provided) - Install synthetic felt underlayment. -Corrosive resistant nails with a ring shank must be used to secure the synthetic underlayment as per manufacturers specs. The synthetic product shall be overlapped a minimum of 4 inches, but may be overlapped as much as 24" on low slope roofs. -Drip edge needs to be installed and nailed every 6 inches. - Apply Liberty rubber roofing to the upper flat roof area. - Rebuild the roof over the right-side doorway. - Remove the existing flat roof chimney, ensuring it is below the roofline. - Install new rafter tails on the left side and rear of the house, and replace the fascia board. - Install all new vinyl soffit and fascia metal on the entire upper main house. - Install new aluminum seamless gutters and downspouts. - Conduct thorough debris removal upon project completion.
