Rebuild the existing basement foundation wall at the south elevation, including all necessary excavation, temporary shoring (as required), waterproofing, drainage, backfilling, and structural restoration. All work shall comply with the applicable building code and the approved construction documents.The basement foundation work shall be performed by B&amp;S Construction Buffalo, Inc.
