Remove and proper disposal of existing deck boards, railings, and roof – existing masonry and framing to remain. Installation of new IPE hardwood decking and accents to lower deck, installation of GAF Liberty Modified Bitumen Roof System to upper. 6” wood planks installed to ceiling w/ recessed lighting and additional outlets (electrical permit to be pulled separately). PVC accents per proposal, custom wood railing system to mimic rear porch appearance. New gutters and downs installed to porch only.
