Fire remediation and interior restoration of existing residential structure following localized fire event. All work is confined to the primary structure. Scope of work includes: hazard debris clearance and site preparation; installation of kitchen ceiling; drywall repair and replacement; insulation; interior prime and paint; new vinyl flooring; window and door replacement; interior trim and baseboard; cabinet and countertop installation; light fixture and plumbing fixture installation; renovation of existing bathroom; light framing as needed. No addition to building footprint. No change in occupancy classification. No change in number of dwelling units. All work constitutes restoration to pre-loss condition or better. Separate electrical permit to be filed by licensed sub.
