Re-roof of two flat roofs. One area, approx. 3,400 sq ft is an overlay of 1 layer existing EPDM roofing. The other area, approx. 11,000 sq ft is a full removal, down to the decking and installation of EPDM roofing. Overlay is 1/2" coverboard, fully adhered EPDM. Tear off is 1/2" substrate board, 2 layers 2.6" insulation and 1/2" coverboard. Fully adhered EPDM. 20 year, 90 MPH warranty. Asbestos test was conducted and negative.
