Remove roofing down to existing first hot tar layer. Install new wooden nailer where needed. Install two separate layer of 2.9 poly iso insulation board onto decking. Insulation will be mechanically fastened using screws and plates. Install new reinforced term strip at all angle changes on roof. Instal new fully adhered .060 mill epdm rubber roof system. Carlisle Roofing. Install new flashings. Install new wall flashings. Reuse existing roof drains. Instal new custom fabricated metal edging where needed. Clean and dispose of all debris upon completion.
