• Perform (1) internal inspection. • reinstall (5) new branch lines with whips / sprinkler heads and place into existing ceiling grid in kitchen area that were removed during remodel by others. • Install (1) a new test and drain above ceiling near back door for testing purposes. • Fix sprinkler riser with new gauge setup, new main drain, new flow switch and tie back into existing sprinkler main. • Provide electric bell to be installed & wiring to flow switch by Mulvey’s electrician. • Replace (1) system gauges over 5 years old. • Install (1) list of sprinkler heads in the spare head box. Install a new sprinkler head box with sprinkler list, head wrench and supply of extra sprinkler heads as per code. • Perform (1) annual inspection once all work is complete for code.
