This quote includes all permits and fees, but does not include any final landscape, grass, or grading repair. A trench approximately 3’ wide, by 5’ long, by 7’ deep will be excavated to expose the house trap in the front lawn. The trap and section of sewer will be removed. An additional trench will be dug from the corner of the porch where the downspout is located to the trap trench. A new pvc house trap and vent will be installed. A 4” storm line will be installed from the downspout to the trap riser where it will be tied in. The sump pump discharge as well as the downspout will be tied in.
