Plumbing

We will bust up the floor in the basement and in the front closet. We will cut out the old trap that is not working. We will install a new house trap and tie into the existing cast iron piping on both sides. Condition of old piping is unknown there is always a chance that the cast iron pipe is structurally not usable and additional work may be needed. We will install a smoke and CO detector that is required for the inspection to pass. We will put the money from the drain cleaning towards the house trap replacement work. Floor will be repaired with new concrete after the hole is bedded with new crushed stone.
