Install a 40 Gallon Powervent in place of the pre existing atmospheric tank. The sheet metal that was going to the chimney will be capped off to then route the exhaust to the exterior of the property. Customers tenant advised that he would be running electrical and pulling the permit for this. Due to that the estimate does not include any electrical however would need a receptacle to me installed at the current water heaters location. Tenants were informed that they had thirty days to correct the issue by national fuel, HVAC is scheduled later today to stop out for estimating the furnace replacement and I will be returning this coming Wednesday at 930am with a helper.
