On the inside of the home, we will cut and cap all downspout lines stack kitchen sink, stack line. We will then dig off the floor and remove the old toilet flange in the middle of the basement and dig up the sanitary trap. All them piping and then re-concrete the floor. We will then replace the first floor, toilet flange and connect onto the existing sanitary vent. We will then hang the sanitary sewer along the back wall to the left and wrap it around the left-hand side of the home all the way to the front of the home where we will do a new penetration through the foundation with 4 inch PVC, we will install a 4 inch PVC clean out on the inside of the home. We will use wet plug on the inside and the outside of the penetration to prevent any leaks inside the home. We will then connect the existing kitchen sink line into the new hung stack line for the laundry we will install a liberty 404. We will vent the liberty 404 into the laundry sink and run a new discharge into this new Hung sewer approximately 15 to 20 feet with a new quiet check valve. We will replace the tubular under the laundry sink. At the floor drain will will dig up floor dig 3-4 ft deep install zohler m53 and check valve run new discharge to new front downspout line for sump pump run up to 35 ft of sump pump discharge
