This quote includes all permits and fees, but does not include any finish plumbing or fixture installation. This quote assumes all demolition has been completed prior to beginning the project. Some wall and/or ceiling in the dining room will need to be removed in order to install the necessary piping. The customer will be reponsible for all wall/ceiling repairs. A pvc stack will be run from the basement to to the second floor bathroom, and then into the attic where it will be tied into the existing roof vent. All required drain and vent piping will be installed for the toilet, sink, and shower. The stack vent will be tied into the existing vent penetrating the roof. The customer will be responsible for boxing in the new vent in the attic. A full hot and cold water line installation will then be performed for the fixtures listed above using Uponor pex pipe and fittings. Copper stub outs will be used where piping will be visible in the finished space. A customer supplied single function shower valve will also be rough in.
