This quote includes all permits and fees, but does not include any final landscaping, grass, or grading repair. A trench approximately 3’ wide, by 6’ long, by 7’ deep will be excavated from the front foundation wall, to the sidewalk. The exposed piping will then be removed. A camera inspection will then be performed on the remaining line to assess its condition, and if any further repairs are recommended they will be quoted at this time. Otherwise, a new section of pvc sewer lines, house trap, and forward sweep cleanout will be installed. Following inspection, the repair will be bedded in crushed stone, and all excavated debris will be backfilled. A mound will be left to allow the ground to settle naturally.
