This quote is only valid if performed at the same time as the primary sewer repair. We will continue the trench in the side yard to the foundation wall to expose the sewer line. It will then be removed. New pvc pipe and fittings will be installed and connected to the line exiting the basement. If possible, we will sleeve the sewer line from the fence line to the municipal main line in the road. The repair will be bedded in crushed stone and all excavated soil will be backfilled leaving a mound to allow the ground to settle naturally. Final grading and grass seeding not included.
