Lower unit service, work location-basement. Remove the existing 80% EAFU (age 29 years). Install Goodman 96% EAFU GRS960803BN furnace (age New). Duct seal all connections. Install 2" air intake and exhaust pipping thru side wall of building and connect to furnace. Connect new furnace to existing BX electric wire with a new power switch control. Connect new furnace to existing digital thermostat with existing thermostat wire. Install a new condensate pump, set up for condensate drainage in existing deep sink in basement.
