Heating / Mechanical

This project involves installing a geo-thermal system to serve the 48 existing multi-family apartment units in the building. We will drill twelve boreholes, which will be tied into the basement of the building. In the Building will be a central pumping station distributing the geothermal source fluid to the system. In the Building we will install 3 forced air unit for space conditioning and 3 domestic hot water heatpumps. In the future Hydronic Heatpumps and fancoils will be installed in the apartments, these will be applied for under separate permits. The existing the current apartment hot water and HVAC systems will remain operational until the new geo-thermal fan coil units are fully installed.
