Provide and install new Tempstar 60,000 Btu 97% 2-stage furnace and 2 Ton AC package -Adapt new coil to new furnace and supply ductwork -Adapt to existing return ductwork -New exhaust and intake to exterior -Utilize existing gas and electric -New condenser to be placed in existing condenser -New electrical whip and disconnect -New line set or existing line set with R11 flush -Pressure test -Charging, vacuum, and start up
