This three-story refurbished building we'll have a main gas fired 100,000 BTU 96% efficient Goodman furnace with a matched R32 five-ton condenser with evap. Coil. This will supply conditioned air to its various rooms using ductwork as needed. The added total of 800 square foot locations at the rear of the building will be temperature controlled by a 24,000 BTU heat pump mini split and a 130,000 BTU Rinnai Solo modulating condensing boiler which will supply the heated flooring which will have 300 linear feet of half inch piping to heat the interior floor location and provide a temperature-controlled pavement using half inch piping run of 1,200 linear feet to prevent ice during winter.
