Work to be performed at 1 Symphony Cir (393 Pennsylvania), Buffalo, NY 14201, is a partial roof replacement project to the historic First Presbyterian Church of Buffalo. Project scope includes in-kind replacement of the existing slate roof over church Nave and East Transept, as well as an in-kind replacement of clay tile roof on East Tower. At slate roof replacement areas, the work scope further includes re-setting and selective in-kind replacement of clay tile ridge units as required and in-kind replacement of slate wall sheathing and copper trim at one roof dormer. Replacement of copper ?ashing, crickets, and snow guards as well as repointing of masonry copings and lining of copper gutters within work areas shall be completed. The project includes replacement of the curved slate roof at the East Turret with standing seam copper. Additionally, repointing of an existing stone chimney on the northeast side of the building at the Music Director's Office. Lastly, repairs to roof sheathing and framing as required where deterioration is discovered during construction.   *** Digeplan ***
