An interior renovation by a previous owner had been begun, the present project will complete that renovation with some plan changes, new heating, some changes to plumbing layout, completion of electrical work, new finishes, some new doors and windows, and a reconstruction of the original front porch, replaced in the recent past with just a front stoop.     *** DIGEPLAN  ***    *** MEPS TO BID ***
