General Construction

The work will include the removal of an existing wood framed 2-story porch on the rear side of the existing home. After demolition a new 2-story wood framed addition will be constructed in the same footprint as the old porch to serve as a walk-in closet for the 1st and 2nd floor master bedrooms. The entire work area consists of 110 SF, 55 SF per floor plate.
