The intent of this project is to provide enhanced emergency egress to an existing occupied Group B occupancy office use with the installation of a new code compliant egress window unit and an emergency egress ships ladder to the deck at the 2nd floor.An existing door unit at the 2nd floor will be provided with new hardware connected to the existing fire alarm system to unlatch the door when the fire alarm is activated.<div><br></div><div>***Digeplan***&nbsp;&nbsp;</div>
