Work described

From the filing

This project involves widening the existing single-family residential concrete driveway by three (3) feet along its length in front of the house of approximately thirty (30) feet. The current driveway is eight (8) feet wide, but a neighboring decorative hedge reduces the usable width to approximately six and a half (6.5) feet. This limited width restricts safe and practical passenger entry and exit from vehicles and contributes to a persistent muddy area where passengers step off the pavement. The proposed work will add new concrete directly adjacent to the existing driveway slab to create a wider, uniform surface. All construction activity will occur entirely on private property. The project does not include any changes to the sidewalk, curb, or public right-of-way, and no curb cut is being added, removed, or modified. Widening the driveway will improve accessibility, eliminate the recurring mud condition, and enhance the overall appearance and functionality of the property while maintaining compliance with all right-of-way and sidewalk requirements. Please see attached contract for work details.
