Side lot to be enclosed by six-foot fence. Starting from the southwest corner of the parcel, the fence installation will follow the property line northward approx 125 feet toward the street, and then east approx 75 feet toward the house. Half of the length of the fence along the front will be set back 11 feet from the sidewalk (6 feet from the property line) and the other half will run 16 feet back from the sidewalk (10 feet from the property line).
