Erecting an ornamental aluminum fenc that is open design but matching the current wrought iron fence erected in the 1950’s. This fence will replace a section of a corroding wrought iron fence along the right side of property, Fence will also enclose a swimming pool and have a single self closing and self latching gate. The corroded fence will be reclaimed by the fence contractor, City Fence Incorporated. All dirt raised by installation of the new fence will be used for owner’s landscaping purposes. Fence will need to be slightly taller at 4.5 ft to match/align with the portion of the existing wrought iron fence that is in good condition. Fence will terminate at the back end of the property intersecting with a chain link fence enclosing and owned by the neighbor’ at the back end of the owner’s property.
