Provide labor and materials to replace the existing 100-amp SEU (Service Entrance Unit) cable serving the electrical system. Scope includes removal of the existing service cable, installation of new properly sized 100-amp SEU cable, securing and protecting the wiring pathway, and reconnecting service conductors at approved termination points. All connections will be inspected and tested to verify safe and reliable electrical operation. Work will be completed in accordance with current electrical code and standard installation practices. Any additional repairs or code corrections identified during the replacement process that fall outside the original scope of work will be reviewed with the homeowner prior to proceeding. ---- Provide labor and materials to install new Arc Fault and Ground Fault Combination breakers in the existing electrical panel to improve electrical safety and help meet current code requirements. Scope includes removal of applicable existing breakers, installation of new AFCI/GFCI combination breakers, verification of proper circuit connections, and testing of each protected circuit for proper operation. These safety devices are designed to help protect against electrical fires and shock hazards caused by arc faults or ground faults within the electrical system. All work will be completed in accordance with current electrical codes and standard installation practices. Any additional repairs or corrections required due to existing panel conditions will be discussed with the homeowner prior to proceeding. ---- Provide labor and materials to install GFCI-protected outlets in designated bathroom and kitchen locations to improve electrical safety and help meet current code requirements. Scope includes removal of existing outlet devices as needed, installation of new GFCI outlets, verification of proper wiring and grounding, and testing of each device to ensure correct operation and protection. GFCI outlets are designed to help protect against elect
