Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to furnish and install electrical power and Category 6 structured cabling to support eleven (11) new workstations, complete and operational, as indicated. Building owner to perform all demolition of existing electrical, data, telephone, and alarm wiring. Millington Lockwood to furnish and install power pole to match existing workstation installations. Feed power conductors through power pole. Install six (6) new 120-volt, 20-amp general-use branch circuits and three (3) new 120-volt, 20-amp dedicated computer branch circuits. All new circuits to be fed from panelboard L2E and provided with proper circuit breakers. Connect and terminate branch circuits to cubicle whips at three (3) locations consisting of one (1) two-workstation group, one (1) three-workstation group, and one (1) six-workstation group. Label all circuits in panel directory. Provide and install two (2) Category 6 data drops from the IT closet to each of the eleven (11) workstations. Route cabling through cubicle chase and terminate at surface-mounted two-port jacks. Provide and install two (2) Category 6 data drops from the IT closet to the Mother Room, with cabling concealed within walls and terminated at flush-mounted two-port jacks. Provide and install two (2) Category 6 data drops from the IT closet to the conference room, with cabling concealed within walls and terminated with Category 6 connector for room scheduler. Furnish and install one (1) new 24-port patch panel in IT rack. Provide and install two (2) additional Category 6 data runs terminated in available spare ports of existing patch panel. Test, label, and certify all Category 6 structured cabling in accordance with applicable TIA standards.
