-Furnish and install 60amp Subpanel in Garage. Utilize existing 3/4" PV Conduit between garage and house. Power EV circuit and existing 120V circuits in garage from new Sub-Panel. Derate EV Charger to 40amps. -Relocate circuits in Main to create more breaker space. Tandems or replace existing sub-panel with 12 circuit bus. *Assumes existing conduit is able to be utilized. Extras Added cost to make garage subpanel rated for 100amps to allow for Spa Circuit. Overhead from house to Garage. Add Pipe Riser. Add conduit to spa location.
