1. Safely disconnect and make safe all electrical equipment and wiring being removed. 2. Repair existing non-functioning lighting fixtures as required. 3. Install four (4) owner-provided wall sconces and re-lamp existing fixtures as required; lamps provided by others. 4. Provide and install branch-circuit wiring and electrical devices for signs, mirrors, and millwork in accordance with the drawings. 5. Relocate buzzer and volume controls to two (2) locations. 6. Provide and install power and empty conduit for video monitors. 7. Provide and install empty conduit with pull string for low-voltage systems.
