Electrical — Addition and/or Alteration

Install interior wiring for tenant office space in the basement, first and seven floor of an office building. The installation includes lighting fixtures, switches, lighting controls, exit signs, emergency lighting, telecommunication wiring and receptacles outlets. Install branch circuits to supply power to furniture, appliances and HVAC equipment.      Furnish and install a fire alarm system. All work to be perform according to the 2020 NEC, 2019 NFPA 72 and per approved plans.
