THIS IS A PERMIT APPLICATION FOR INTERIOR ALTERATIONS TO AN EXISTING I-2 HEALTHCARE FACILITY. THE PROJECT INVOLVES INTERIOR RENOVATIONS ONLY. THERE IS NO CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY, BUILDING STRUCTURE, OR BUILDING EXTERIOR. THE PROJECT INCLUDES RECONFIGURATION OF EXISTING INTERIOR SPACES TO CREATE INDEPENDENT LIVING RESIDENT UNITS WITHIN THE EXISTING LICENSED CARE ENVIRONMENT. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved. All work is subjected to field inspections. Comments below are to be reviewed and followed. 1. Work shall be installed in accordance to approved plans.
