Work described
From the filingMy kitchen sink experienced a leak flooding the area. Upon attempting to repair, I identified that the outlet at the sink is too high to properly fit a standard p trap and want to move the T connection down. Specifically - looking to replace a copper T coming out of the wall with a PVC one with proper connection back to the copper pipe/vent, and connect it to the sink with standard removable p trap + adding dishwasher and reverse osmosis discharge lines. Rrepair will be done by myself as the homeowner to this single family residence and will complete the inspection with town. Work is already in progress as its an emergency (leaks + Loss of function to kitchen sink/dishwasher). I called the buildings department on 10/28/2026 and was advised to move forward with the repair and to put this permit in ASAP.
