Install a new 90-amp subpanel in the garage and provide a new electrical feeder from the existing main electrical panel to supply the garage electrical system. Scope of work includes: -Install a new 90-amp garage subpanel. -Install a new feeder from the existing Square D Homeline main electrical panel to the new garage subpanel, including appropriately sized conductors and associated raceway. -Excavate a trench between the house and garage for the underground electrical feeder. -Bore beneath the existing concrete at both ends of the trench route to facilitate conduit installation while minimizing disturbance to the concrete. -Core drill two penetrations as required for the electrical conduit pathway. -Provide and install underground conduit, fittings, and expansion couplings as required to accommodate the installation and movement between structures. -Route the feeder through the basement and through the designated building penetrations to the garage. -Install a ground rod at the garage and provide the required grounding electrode connections. -Disconnect and refeed three existing garage receptacles from the new garage subpanel. -Provide the required circuit connections, grounding and bonding, panel terminations, and labeling. -Test the new feeder, subpanel, and affected receptacles for proper operation upon completion.
