Parade or Procession

Several members of the New Haven Board of Alders are coordinating a community Halloween Parade that will include two temporary rolling parade routes traveling from separate locations toward the Grand Avenue Bridge, where both groups will meet. The parades will follow the normal rules of the road, and temporary traffic stops or intersection closures will only be used as needed while each parade safely passes through the route. The detailed routes and requested temporary traffic controls are outlined below. Parades will meet in Front Street Park for event from 5:30-9PM.
