Commercial Alteration Permit

Work includes plumbing demolition, removal of wall finishes down to the studs, new Rockwool insulation in the exposed fire-rated cavity between units, firestopping of floor and wall penetrations, construction of a new waterproofed tiled shower, new tile flooring and tile baseboards, installation of a console sink vanity with granite top, and wall replacement using Type X drywall with finishing and painting outside the shower. All fixture to remain in existing locations. Bathroom layout remains as is.
