Direct replacement of four gas furnaces and four central air conditioning systems. With three Trane S9X1C100U5 gas furnaces & one Trane S9X1B060U4 gas furnace in the basement. With two Trane 5TTR3060A condensers, one Trane 5TTR3048A condenser, & one Trane 5TTR303A condenser outside in existing locations with Weatherguard tops on cladlite pads. With three Trane 5TXCC005A evaporator coils & one Trane 5TXCB004A evaporator coil over the furnaces in basement. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved.
