Deviations from these standards require submission of construction and site plans. MULTI FAMILY - EACH HVAC UNIT TO BE SELF-CONTAINED WITHIN EACH DWELLING UNIT. NO PENETRATIONS OF RATED ASSEMBLIES. System 1: 80,000 BTU gas-fired heating system and 3 Tonnage (36,000 BTU) air conditioning unit with associated new ductwork System 2: 80,000 BTU gas-fired heating system and 3 Tonnage (36,000 BTU) air conditioning unit with associated new ductwork Total: 2 appliances (furnaces/heat systems), 2 A/C units
