****MARGARET IS ASSIGNED TO THIS **** We will be replacing the existing roof on a 24 square roof. As part of the project, we will install ice and water shield in all required areas per local building code. Any rotted or damaged plywood discovered during the tear off will be replaced as needed to ensure a solid and safe substrate before installing the new roofing system. We will remove the existing roofing materials and install ice and water barrier extending 6 feet up from the eaves, along all valleys, and around roof penetrations and accessories. The remaining roof areas will be covered with roofing felt. We will apply seam tape to the roof sheathing joints, replace step flashing at roof-to-wall intersections, and install additional flashing where required. Drip edge and asphalt starter strips will be installed along all eaves and rakes, followed by new asphalt shingles. CA fee included
