install two new dedicated circuits to accommodate future air-conditioning equipment, with wiring and connections properly sized and installed for the intended loads. Furnish and install new 4-inch recessed LED lighting throughout the entirety of the home, including the necessary wiring and electrical connections. Install new switches and switching locations where required to accommodate the updated lighting layout, and provide dimmer switches for every designated lighting control location. All wiring, devices, fixtures, and electrical connections will be properly installed, supported, and terminated in accordance with applicable NEC requirements and local electrical codes. Upon completion, all newly installed equipment and lighting will be tested to verify proper operation
