*Remove and properly dispose of existing roofing shingles and materials. Install a new OWENS CORNING PLATINUM ROOFING SYSTEM, including Owens Corning architectural asphalt shingles, synthetic underlayment, ice and water shield, starter shingles, ridge cap shingles, and new flashing as needed. Inspect existing roof decking and replace damaged plywood as necessary. Ensure proper ventilation and waterproofing. All roofing work will be completed in accordance with manufacturer installation specifications and applicable Connecticut building codes.
