Commercial Alteration Permit

Scope includes ice and water protection at eaves, valleys, penetrations, and other required areas; synthetic underlayment; starter strip at eaves and rakes; new drip edge; GAF architectural shingles installed with a six-nail application; matching hip and ridge cap shingles; and replacement of flashing and pipe boots as needed. Ridge ventilation will be installed where applicable and permitted by the existing roof design.
