In the living room we would be replacing the windows and doors with new ones in the same location, putting a gas fireplace on the exterior wall, and replacing the interior finishes of the living room. in the powder room we would be rearranging it so the door is accessed through the hall side instead of the living room side. slight modification the the powder room fixtures Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code.
