Mechanical — Addition and/or Alterations

EZ PERMIT DUCTWORK & WARM-AIR APPLIANCES- For the installation of New Ductwork, Registers/Grilles/Diffusers, and Warm-Air Appliances as per attached standards. Deviations from these standards require submission of construction and site plans. Installation of one (1) new 80,000 BTU/hr gas furnace, one (1) new 2.5-ton evaporator coil, and one (1) new 2.5-ton outdoor A/C condenser. Installation of a complete new ductwork system serving approximately nine (9) supply air registers and two (2) return air registers, including one main return and one upstairs return. Total equipment: three (3) HVAC components consisting of one furnace, one evaporator coil, and one condenser. Total registers: eleven (11). Heating capacity: 80,000 BTU/hr (furnace rating). Cooling capacity: 30,000 BTU/hr (2.5 tons). Work performed in an existing single-family dwelling.
