****MARK IS ASSIGNED TO THIS**** Oil-to-Gas Boiler Conversion Scope of Work Remove and properly dispose of the existing oil boiler and oil storage tank. Supply and install a new Burnham Alta high-efficiency gas boiler. Install new 2-inch PVC venting to the exterior in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable codes. Install a new gas line from the boiler to the gas meter location, including future connection tees as required. Mount the combination boiler securely to a plywood mounting wall. Configure the combination boiler to provide both home heating and domestic hot water throughout the entire house. Install four new circulator pumps and a new zone control panel to accommodate the existing heating zones. Install all necessary boiler trim, fittings, valves, and related components required for proper system operation. Start up, test, and verify the operation of the new boiler and associated heating and hot water systems. CA fee included
