Liquid Silicone Roof 1.) Cut back areas of damaged roofing. Approx 400 square feet. Install new foam underlayment to decking, thickness to match current roof thickness. Install new EPDM rubber roof to both repair areas. Caulk all seams and joints as needed. - This first step repairs areas as discussed where roof is popping up. 2.) Soft power wash with cleaner entire roof system. 3.) Caulk with APOC 365 fibered roof sealant, all areas as needed with lap seal. 4.) Prime all areas as needed such as all lap joints, T-patches, wall flashings and roof penetrations with APOC 290 secure prime self-adhered membrane primer. 5.) Install new T-plates and 6” screws to concrete decking across entire roof as needed. 6.) Flash all roof penetrations as needed with APOC 109 roof cement. 7.) Install new, white APOC 585 armor flex, liquid silicone to entire roofing system. 8.) Clean up and remove all materials, debris and empty buckets.
