This permit application is for the cutting and patching as it relates to the replacement of the two cooling towers for the Yale New Haven Hospital St. Raphael's Campus. Work is on various floors located in the MOB section of the hospital. This project will maintain existing fire separations. MEP & FP costs are not included in this building permit application. Reviewed for code compliance as per Sects. 107.3.1 and 105.4 CSBC. Protect public as per Chap. 33 CSBC. Maintain all required fire rated assemblies. C/A.
