****DAVE IS ASSIGNED TO THIS**** Remove existing furnace, coil and outdoor condenser. Install a new American Standard 2 stage furnace and new 1.5 ton AC coil in the unit room. A new lineset will be ran from the indoor unit to the new condenser to adapt to the new refrigerant. A new 1.5 ton 16 SEER AC condenser will be placed where the current one is located on a leveled rock base and plastic pad. A new Honeywell T2 thermostat will be installed in the home. System will be started and tested to factory specs. Price includes all material and labor. CA fee included
