Upper rear section of roof has experienced water damage and deck rot due to some dry rotted pipe boots . Section will be torn off down to decking. Rotted deck board will be replaced. Roof will be dried in with 6 feet of ice and water shield followed by synthetic felt . Then it will be shingled using Certainteed Landmark Pro architectural roofing system. Waste will be disposed of and new ridge vent and cap will be installed.
